"Services" refers to any, payment or digital asset-related services provided by Zerra.

"User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using Zerra’s services.

"Account" refers to the account created by you on Zerra’s platform to access services.

"Digital Assets/Currencies" refers to any digital representation of value that can be digitally traded or transferred and can be used for payment or investment purposes.

"Fiat" refers to government-issued currency that is not backed by a physical commodity but by the government that issued it.

Eligibility

By using zerrapay.com, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been previously banned from using our services.
• You have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the obligations set forth herein.

Account Registration

Global Payment Solutions: Through Zerra’s global payment infrastructure, users can manage cross-border payments. Zerra supports both digital asset-based and fiat-based payments for individual and corporate clients.

Fees and Charges

By using Zerra’s services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as stated on the platform. Zerra reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

User Conduct

By using Zerra’s services, you agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Use Zerra’s platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the platform, including security features.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content available on Zerra’s platform, are the exclusive property of Zerra or its licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any intellectual property without explicit written permission from Zerra.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerra shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
• Any losses or damages resulting from digital asset volatility, market risks, or technology failures.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account or personal data.

Termination

You may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time. Zerra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of this Agreement.
• Engaging in illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Digital Assets/Currencies

The risk of loss in trading or holding digital assets and/or currencies can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets and/or currencies is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

Digital assets and/or currencies are subject to significant market fluctuations and volatility. By engaging in digital asset transactions on Zerra’s platform, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that Zerra is not liable for any losses incurred.

Amendments to the Agreement

Zerra reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the platform after the changes become effective will constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
