Zerra is aware that confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information in all forms play a critical role in its sustainable success and good governance practices, and that failure to ensure information security at an adequate level increases the risk of reputational damage as well as financial losses.
This Information Security Policy summarizes Zerra’s Information Security management approach and sets out the guiding principles and responsibilities required for the protection of information systems security.
In our company providing Financial Services:
- To follow current cyber threats related to the activities we carry out with a "zero day" mindset, and to comply with the contractual terms and legal requirements,
- To ensure that activities are conducted effectively, correctly, quickly, and securely, and to operate in accordance with industry standards,
- To conduct all activities with awareness of risks to confidentiality, accessibility, and integrity regarding all types of corporate and personal information assets belonging to our company, customers, employees, suppliers, and business partners,
- To embed the Information Security Management System and information security awareness as part of our corporate culture,
- To ensure the preparation, implementation, and testing of necessary plans to maintain business and service continuity,
- To assess and process risks to our information assets and processes in line with accepted risk management methodologies,
- To engage with relevant special interest groups to benefit from developing technologies and sector-specific knowledge, particularly in the area of software development services.
